GETTING TO AND STAYING IN KOVALAM

There are flights daily into Trivandrum from Europe via the Gulf countries and Sri Lanka. Gulf Air, Qatar Air, Emirates and Air Lanka all serve Trivandrum.

The best time to visit is November –March or August/September.
From England there is also a weekly charter flight during the winter months.

A taxi from the airport to Kovalam takes 30mins and costs approx Rs400. You may buy a pre paid taxi voucher when leaving the airport.
